Delete your Curate account
You can permanently delete your Curate Fashions account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from the app
1. Open the Curate app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab and tap the settings gear in the top right.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and its data — profile, photos, measurements, posts, comments, messages, and try-on images — are permanently deleted right away.
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email support@curatefashions.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Everything: your profile and login, uploaded photos and try-on renders, body measurements and style preferences, posts, comments, polls, likes, messages, and shopping activity. Records we are legally required to keep (such as fraud-prevention logs) are retained only as long as the law requires.
