Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and Intuitive Fashions, Inc. ("Curate", "we", "us") for the Curate mobile app, website and browser extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Curate
You must be at least 13 years old to use Curate, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You may hold one account, you are responsible for what happens under it, and you agree to keep your sign-in credentials to yourself.
2. Community rules: zero tolerance
Curate has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive behaviour towards other people. This is a condition of using the Service, not a guideline.
You agree not to post, send or share content that is: sexually explicit or pornographic; harassing, bullying, threatening or hateful; violent, graphic or that promotes self-harm; discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation; unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive; spam; or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
You also agree not to post photographs of another person without their permission, not to impersonate anyone, not to use another person's likeness in a virtual try-on, and not to use the Service to harass, stalk or contact someone who does not want to hear from you.
3. Reporting, moderation and enforcement
Every post, comment and message in Curate can be reported from within the app, and you can block any other account so that their content and messages no longer reach you. Reports go to our moderation team.
We review reported content and act on it within 24 hours, which may mean removing the content, restricting the account, or removing the account entirely. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms at our discretion and without notice. You can also email us at support@curatefashions.com.
4. Your content
What you create stays yours. By posting it to Curate you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep a copy to meet a legal obligation.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including any photographs of people.
5. Photos, body data and virtual try-on
Virtual try-on works by processing photographs you choose to upload, including photographs of your own body, together with measurements and skin-tone information you provide. This processing happens on our servers and with the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. Photos you upload for try-on are private to your account unless you choose to share them.
Upload only photographs of yourself. Deleting your account deletes these photographs.
6. AI-generated content
Outfit recommendations, try-on images and styling answers are generated by AI. They are illustrations, not promises: a try-on image approximates how a garment may look and is not a guarantee of fit, colour, size or availability. Please use your judgement before buying.
7. Shopping and third-party merchants
Curate helps you discover items sold by other retailers. Purchases are made with those retailers under their own terms, and we are not the seller. Prices, availability, delivery, returns and refunds are theirs to honour. We are not responsible for the merchants' sites or their handling of your information.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your profile, photos, wardrobe, try-ons, posts and messages are erased, and this cannot be undone. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Intuitive Fashions, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Curate develops. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
